- Free is ideal for small teams starting with inspections, offering limited users, assets, templates, and monthly submissions with basic dashboards.
- Pro is built for growing teams and includes more users, unlimited work orders and submissions, workflow automation, advanced dashboards, offline mode, and collaboration features.
- Enterprise is designed for large or complex organizations and offers custom limits for users, work orders, assets, templates, and sites, along with advanced automation, analytics, integrations, RBAC, SSO, and a dedicated success team.
You can upgrade your plan at any time as your team grows. The Free plan supports up to five users, while the Pro plan supports up to fifteen users on a per-user pricing model. If your organization requires more than fifteen users, you’ll need to move to the Enterprise plan. Inspeq notifies you as you approach your limit so your work is never interrupted.
The Free plan is fixed and limited to up to five users at no cost. The Pro plan is priced at $29 per user per month and supports up to fifteen users. Enterprise pricing is custom and calculated based on your organization’s user count, sites, assets, workflows, and integration requirements.
Yes, limits vary by plan. The Free plan includes monthly caps on work orders or template submissions, along with fixed limits on assets, templates, and sites. The Pro plan removes submission limits and increases the allowed number of assets, templates, and sites. The Enterprise plan offers custom limits for work orders, templates, assets, and sites, defined based on your specific business requirements.
All plans include a limited set of one-time AI credits. The Pro plan also includes monthly AI template creation credits, while additional AI features such as inspections, translations, and remote inspections can be added as optional add-ons. Enterprise customers can bundle AI modules and usage into their contract based on their needs.
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. All billing adjustments are prorated automatically.
Yes, discounted pricing is available for customers who choose annual billing instead of monthly billing.
The Free and Pro plans include defined usage caps for sites, assets, and templates. Enterprise plans include custom limits for these resources, agreed upon during onboarding. There are no surprise overage charges, as all limits are clearly defined upfront.
SSO is included as part of the Enterprise plan. It is not available on the Free or Pro plans.
API access, Zapier integrations, and custom integrations are available in the Enterprise plan. These integrations are not included in the Free or Pro plans.
When you add users to the Pro plan, you’re billed only for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. All charges are prorated automatically, with no manual adjustments required.
No, your data is never locked or deleted. If you downgrade, your feature access and monthly usage limits will adjust to match the new plan, but all historical data remains accessible.
